All physical products sold are “made to order,” and is specifically manufactured for you only after you have placed your order. We are unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the moment the order is placed. If you believe you have made a mistake with your Order, please contact us immediately at support@delowphoto.com.
On a rare occasion, products in the order may be damaged while in transit. If one or more of your product/s arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damage to support@delowphoto.com. The damaged product/s will be replaced at no cost once products are returned to us. Damaged photos must be received within 72 hours of delivery date.
